Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka, from Minsk (the capital of Belarus) She is her father's daughter. Sergey Her father (who passed away in 2019) was a professional ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk, Belarus on May 5 1998. In her career she has been awarded 12 WTA singles titles. This includes a Grand Slam at the 2023 Australian Open. She is also an excellent doubles player she has two other Majors in this area, the US Open 2019 and the Australian Open 2021 won both together with Elise Mertens. The year she was born, she won her both WTA 1000 and the WTA 1000 and Miami Open in Indian Wells with her Belgian partners, making her Sunshine Double. The feat was made possible by four couples participating in women's doubles. On the 23rd August of 2021, she was ranked second on the list of world singles rankings the highest position she had ever reached in January 2023. Her climb into the top spot of singles rankings the following year, after winning at Melbourne. She became the only Belarusian tennis player to succeed in her field. She was trained by an ex- Russian tennis pro Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until the conclusion of the 2019 season, and then again from the beginning of 2020. It was also a short time that she teamed up with Dieter Kindlmann during the months of August through September 2020. She is being trained by her fellow countryman Antonio Dubrov since the end of 2020. Serena Williams is her role as a model, and she is followed by Maria Sharapova.
